in the definition of a rescheduling agreement with a pool of banks concerning € 33 million medium/long term credit lines.

Policentro Partecipazioni is the investment holding of Gruppo Policentro (“Policentro”), a leading Italian fully-integrated developer and promoter of shopping malls and retail parks.

Policentro manages over 40 retail complex in Italy and abroad which are visited each year by 100 million consumers. Twenty of these centers have been promoted and implemented directly by Policentro Partecipazioni over the past 20 years.

Activities performed:

assistance in the analysis of the financial situation of Policentro Partecipazioni;
assistance in the negotiations and definition of the agreement with banks;
coordination of the activities of the other consultants involved in the transaction.
